The Bentolite® additive line is produced from bentonite that is mined from some of the purest deposits in the world. These “natural” bentonites are scrutinized during the exploration and mining processes to ensure that only the highest purity, lowest iron portions of the deposits are brought to the plant for further processing. Once at the plant, the ore is subjected to processing to lower the iron content of the final product even further. Bentolite® additives are ideal for applications that are cost sensitive. The Bentolite® additives are suited for less viscous water-based formulations that require suspension and stability control. Producers of refractories, ceramics, sealants, paints, and other industrial products rely on Bentolite® additives to act as cost effective rheology modifiers, binders, and plasticizing agents.
Optiflo® H7500-VF
Optiflo® H7500-VF is an aqueous solution of a hydrophobically modified nonionic polymer commonly known as an associative thickener. Optiflo® H7500-VF is VOC-free and APEO-free. Optiflo® H7500-VF is designed to thicken latex paints, with specific efficiencies in VAE-based binder systems.
