- Under jurisdiction of MSHA, Mine Safety & Health Administration (2) inspections of sites per year, conducted by MSHA inspectors.
- Annual MSHA safety training by MSHA training instructors.
- ISRS (International Safety Rating System) annual audits on safety management practices.
- Accident/Injury frequency rate below industry average.
- Consistent improvement in training, communication, and programs.
